Intricately Beaded

Our collections often feature this intricate beadwork for the simple reason that I love the fluidity and craft that it demonstrates. In these designs each gemstone is wire-knotted either on to a central chain or onto another gemstone bead.

This work creates supple chains of gemstones and designs that have a pleasing lightness and delicate quality to them. We can cluster gemstones together - different shapes and sizes, colours and shades - to form creations that are rich in tone and shape.

Here are a few of my favourite pieces, including the latest addition of our Iris Collection,  many of which have been customer favourites since we opened.

The collection spans handmade beaded gemstone necklaces, earrings and bracelets, with stones including tourmaline, aquamarine, green amethyst, rose quartz, iolite and prehnite - many of which appear together in the same piece.

Because every gemstone is individually selected and no two natural stones behave identically on the wire, each piece has its own character even within the same design.

These are handcrafted gemstone jewellery pieces made in limited numbers, in hallmarked precious metals, and they tend to find their way into collections and stay there.
