This could be a simple painted rock, something knitted or crocheted, essentially any little something that can survive outdoors that's been handmade and will put a smile on someone's face.

Arrange a coffee date

Arrange a coffee date with a friend that you've not seen in person for a while. With busy schedules an hour of time can make the most perfect gift, all for the cost of a coffee (and perhaps a piece of cake).
